FlashCards Suite provides educational flashcard applications designed to help users study and memorize information through spaced repetition. Our apps include:

Free flashcard decks with limited content
Premium subscriptions for full access to all content and features
AI-powered study tools and recommendations
Progress tracking and analytics

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features require a paid subscription:

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any custom flashcards or content you create within the apps. By using our apps, you grant us a license to store and process your content to provide our services.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the apps for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Distribute or share premium content without authorization
Use automated systems to access the apps
Interfere with the proper working of the apps

6. Intellectual Property

The apps and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by FlashCards Suite and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the content will be accurate or complete.

8. Limitation of Liability

FlashCards Suite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the apps.
